Please spare a few minutes to read through the following terms prior to before making your purchase. By purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them clearly and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
1. ACCURATE ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS
Re-delivery of mail items is mainly attributed to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please provide address clearly and accurately. Re-delivery cost will be borne by customers should there be wrong address given.
2. COURIER SERVICES
Packing and mailing on every Monday and Thursday or Friday of the week, do allow your parcel to be reached to you within 2 to 4 working days upon receiving packing notification email. In any case, no one is at home to accept the parcel, the courier will put it at shoe rack/riser/gate....etc. Courier guy will take a photo of the item placed as proof and send it to you. Delivery is carried out during weekdays and weekends exclude local public holidays (Singapore) + 1 additional weekday if PH falls on that week.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on weight & your shipping country. We will contact you via email/calls if the amount of shipping delivery exceeds. Estimated time would be within 7-10 working days and delay could be subjected to custom clearance check. Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties
4. BOUNCED PARCELS
Customers will be contacted via email/call should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our end. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer. Natalie La Bella reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
5. IN STOCK ITEM
Most of our items are in stock unless stated otherwise.
6. PRE OR BACK ORDER ITEMS (MUST READ)
Pre-Order or Back-Order tends to have pro & cons. It usually tends to have a delay at the supplier/manufacturer side. We will update the status from time to time if there is any delay in the shipment. PURCHASE ONLY if you can wait as sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed.
7. CANCELLATION
We do not allow any cancellation once payment has been made.
8. REFUND & EXCHANGE
Strictly NO Refund or Exchange unless if the item is out of stock or product has defects. Also NO Refund or Exchange for all sales item on website and pop up events. Exchanges can only be allowed within 7 days for Regular Items from the date of purchase with receipts or any proof of purchase from us.
9. PAYMENT
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Paynow/Paylah. Send email and attach proof of payment for our verification. You can also DM us in Instagram stating your order number and send us the screenshot receipt.
10. ABOUT PRODUCTS
The color of products may differ due to the color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker or lighter in reality due to strong studio lighting used. Measurements provided on each of the products are in the maximum stretch. A difference of 0.5-1 inch between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. Buyers are advised to double check on the product measurements as the different design may fit differently.
